NEW DELHI: Rajasthan Congress leader Manvendra Singh Jasol’s car met with an accident that claimed the life of his wife Chitra Singh. The ex-MP and his son, who were also in the vehicle, were injured.
The family were on their way to Jaipur from Delhi when the driver lost control of the car and collided with a wall in Alwar on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
Son of former union minister Jaswant Singh, Manvendra represented Barmer between 2004 and 2009. He joined Congress in 2018.
