Abhishek Kumar and Virsa Riar who played Chetna’s brother and husband in Udaariyaan attended her special day.

Chetna Singh, who is known for her role in the popular TV show Udaariyaan, recently tied the knot with her long-term boyfriend, Rohit Handa. Reportedly, the wedding festivities were grand, and the celebration lasted a week. In the latest, several pictures from the wedding are circulating on social media. Abhishek Kumar and Virsa Riar, who were Chetna’s co-stars in Udaariyaan, attended her special day.

Virsa Riar, who played Chetna Singh’s onscreen husband in the show, turned to social media to share photos from her wedding with Rohit Handa. In one photograph, he poses with Abhishek Kumar, while in the other, he poses with a newlywed couple and Abhishek. The latter played the role of Chetna’s brother on the show. Along with the pictures, the actor wished the newlyweds, “Bohot bohot Mubarkan mere dosto and dosto ko ashirwad dete huye.” Abhishel Kumar was seen wearing an all-red suit while Virsa chose a grey and black combo. The bride wore a pastel pink lehenga for the special day.

Earlier, speaking about her wedding preparations and other details, Chetna Singh informed Pinkvilla that the cast of Udaariyaan was invited. She stated, “Yes, of course, the Udaariyaan cast is nothing less than a family and almost everyone is invited and I’m trying my best that everyone is a part of the celebration.” The actress added that while all of them might not be able to attend all the festivities, some would attend the pre wedding ceremony and others would arrive on the main day or the reception.

Meanwhile, Chetna Singh and Rohit Handa married in a lavish ceremony in Jalandhar. They fell in love while filming the show Tu Patang Main Dor. Reportedly, their relationship went through several ups and downs until she finally decided to get married. She told the portal, “I believe my seal-the-deal moment with Rohit was when he got my name inked on his chest. One fine day, he called me downstairs and when I went, he showed me my name written on his chest; that moment, I was speechless and decided that he certainly was the one for me.” As per the publication, the wedding took place on April 18 and the festivities started on April 15. It was a traditional Punjabi wedding with all the rituals including her mehendi, sangeet and others followed by her pheras and reception.
