A recent report suggests that Kundali Bhagya star Dheeraj Dhoopar might be participating as a contestant this season.

Bigg Boss is once again making headlines as it gears up for its 18th season, with Salman Khan returning as the host. Fans are eagerly waiting to find out who will be entering the house as contestants. Among the many names being speculated, a recent report suggests that Kundali Bhagya star Dheeraj Dhoopar might be participating as a contestant this season.

ETimes TV in its report, claims that Dheeraj Dhoopar has been approached for the upcoming season of Bigg Boss several times over the years. A source told the portal, “We have been approaching Dheeraj for the past few years, and we hope he will agree to take on the challenge of being locked up with other contestants inside the Bigg Boss house this season.” However, there has been no official confirmation from the actor yet.

Dheeraj Dhoopar is a popular TV face who first gained fame for his lead role as Prem Bhardwaj in Colors TV’s Sasural Simar Ka. Over the years, he has since appeared in various shows, including Karan Luthra in Kundali Bhagya, Naagin 5, Sherdil Shergill and Saubhagyavati Bhava: Niyam Aur Shartein Laagu. Currently, he plays the role of Subhaan Siddiqui opposite Yesha Rughani in Rabb Se Hai Dua.

While his entry to Big Boss season 18 would definitely add star value to the new season, it remains unclear whether the actor would quit his current soap for Big Boss.

Apart from Dheeraj Dhoopar, Stree 2’s Sakata (Sunil Kumar), Deepika Arya, Mansi Srivastava, Arjun Bijlani, Sameera Reddy, Anita Hassanandani, Shoaib Ibrahim, Surbhi Jyoti, and Kanika Mann are other celebrities likely to appear in Big Boss 18. The reality show is expected to hit the TV screens sometime in October. The previous season was won by Munawar Faruqui, with Abhishek Sharma finishing as the first runner-up.

Moreover, Guru Aniruddhacharya Ji Maharaj was also invited to be part of the show but declined the offer saying it doesn’t align with his values and cultural principles.

During one of his satsangs, Aniruddhacharya Ji Maharaj stated, “Bigg Boss has invited me, offered me in crores, but I rejected and did not accept it. It is because it doesn’t match with my culture and values. Money doesn’t matter to me, my values do.”
