In his latest interview, the actor revealed that had he not been taken to the hospital in time, the situation could have turned adverse.
Arjun Bijlani had recently dominated headlines owing to his health concerns. The actor is well-known among television viewers for his current show, Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti. The actor had to take a hiatus from work due to illness. Arjun was rushed to Hinduja Hospital after having severe pain on the lower right side of his stomach due to appendicitis. The actor also underwent emergency surgery and is currently recuperating. In his latest interview, the actor revealed that had he not been taken to the hospital in time, the situation could have turned adverse.
Sharing his health update, Arjun Bijlani told The Hindustan Times, “The recovery is going good. I am at home only, eating light food. Complete detox is happening. It is like my second life because that appendix was so big. It was about to burst. I reached the hospital just in time due to which they got me operated immediately.” The actor reveals that he used to dismiss a stomach ache initially and only became aware of the problem when things got out of control.
Arjun shared that about a month ago, he experienced a stomach ache. At the time, he paused the shot and took a break in the vanity vehicle after taking painkillers. But this time, when he experienced a stomach ache, he took the prescription again, but it did not help. That’s when he had to rush to the ER, where he learned about my appendix.” He added, “I got saved, even the doctor said this to me. It could have been fatal and worse for me.”
As per the report, after being released from the hospital, the actor is focused on his health and slowly getting back to work. He concluded by saying that he would recommend people obtain an ultrasound if their stomach aches do not go away and not ignore their health since he got saved at the right time.
Arjun Bijlani has been busy filming Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, in which he plays opposite Nikki Sharma. Arjun plays Dr. Shiv in the daily serial, while Nikki Sharma portrays Shakti. Prateek Sharma produces the show under the name Studio LSD Private Limited. The plot revolves around how the two met and became each other’s support system.
