RIL announces dividend for 2023-24.
On the payment date, Reliance Industries says it will inform investors in due course the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid
Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) on Monday announced a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24.
“The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. This payment of dividend is subject to approval of members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company,” according to a regulatory filing.
On the payment date, the company said it will inform investors in due course the date on which the company will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid.
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) on Monday reported an 11 per cent rise in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 2.40 lakh crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. The largest Indian company in terms of market share had reported revenue of Rs 2.16 lakh crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit during January-March 2024 stood at Rs 18,951 crore as against Rs 19,299 crore last fiscal.
