Hina Khan Undergoes Surgery After Breast Cancer Diagnosis, Thanks Hospital Staff

Hina was last seen in the Punjabi comedy film Shinda Shinda No Papa.

Post-diagnosis, Hina Khan returned to shoot and urged people to normalise working during tough situations.

Hina Khan recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. The actress shared this tough news with her followers on Instagram and has been providing updates on her health. Treatment has already begun, and she has been making lifestyle adjustments in response. During a recent hospital visit for further procedures, she expressed gratitude for the supportive and comforting care provided by the hospital staff.

In the latest update, Hina Khan shared a touching note she received from the housekeeping department at Kokilaben Hospital. The note conveyed heartfelt wishes for her speedy recovery, acknowledging the challenges of her surgery and expressing joy at her progress towards full recovery. Hina posted a picture of the handwritten note on social media, expressing how such gestures uplifted her spirits and motivated her during this time.

“I know this surgery has been hard for you, but I am so glad you are on the way to making a full recovery. Wishing you a quick and full recovery. Hoping you feel better very soon,” the note read.

Earlier, Hina Khan opened up about experiencing chronic pain following her cancer diagnosis. Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress shared her ongoing struggle with staying strong despite the persistent suffering. “Being constantly in pain. Yes, constantly. Every single second. The person is smiling? Still in pain. The person doesn’t mention it? Still in pain. The person says “I’m fine”. Still in pain,” she wrote.

Despite various obstacles, Hina Khan resumed work. Posting a video of herself getting ready for her shoot, Hina shared, “My first work assignment after my diagnosis..Walking the talk is challenging, especially when facing life’s biggest challenges. So, give yourself a break on bad days; it’s okay… you deserve it. However, don’t forget to live your life on the good days, no matter how few they are. These days still hold importance. Accept the change, embrace the difference, and NORMALISE it.”

Hina added that while she is getting treated, she is not constantly in the hospital. She urged people to normalise working while battling tough situations and if they have the power and energy, people should do whatever makes them happy.
