Gauahar Khan And Husband Zaid Darbar To Collaborate On New Film? Find Out

Gauahar Khan is all set to make a comeback with an acting project post-embracing motherhood in 2023. The actress welcomed her first child, a son Zehaan with her husband Zaid Darbar. If the reports are to be believed, the actress, for her first acting project post-pregnancy, will join her husband Zaid in his debut production venture.

Recently, Hindustan Times, in its report, quoted a source as saying, “Zaid has signed a three film deal with two other partners. He is the producer and the other two are only partly investors. All of them wanted Gauahar to be a part of the project.” However, the source added that Gauahar will not be playing a lead in the film.

The source further informed, “She is playing a vital part but is not the lead actor, it will be someone else. The film is still in the pre-production stage, hence there has been no announcement or buzz about it.”

The source, during the same interaction with the portal, also informed that Zaid’s debut home production will be a digital release. He added, “The scripting is completed and they are aiming to move to the production stage maximum by the end of this year. It will be a mystery genre film and will release on an OTT platform.”

Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar recently treated their fans to a picture of their newborn. However, they chose an auspicious moment to make it special and blissful for their adorable son. The couple embarked on a spiritual journey to Saudi Arabia with Zehaan and shared a glimpse of the little kid amid the sacred atmosphere. Sharing the picture, the actress wrote, “Just wanted to give our little prince’ first Salaam to the world from the house of the Almighty! May he be pleased with our SonShine ! Ameen . Our Zehaan.”

Meanwhile, Gauahar was last seen hosting the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 11 along with actor Rithvik Dhanjani which aired on Sony TV.
